East Anglia Mildenhall - Part Time Support Worker (30.5hrs)

We are looking for Part-Time Support workers to join our various services based in Mildenhall and the surrounding area. 

We support adults to be as independent as possible in their everyday lives, both at home and in the community. They all have very different needs, interests, goals and levels of support. They may need support with managing finances, medication, health needs, cleaning and personal care, so you need to be comfortable to perform personal care on both male and female adults.

This role is permanent, Part-Time and 30.5hrs per week.

Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and will include some weekends and bank holidays.

The role includes:

  • Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
  • Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
  • Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
  • Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
  • Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults


A full UK driving licence and access to transport are preferable.

To protect our autistic adults, all staff are required to have a criminal background check.  Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
