The role can be challenging so patience and empathy are key. But as a support worker, the rewards can be so much bigger than the challenges. You will support with all aspects of daily living including social based activities. You really will make a positive difference to people’s lives.

We are looking for support workers in Northern Moor, Manchester M23.

You will be part of a network of experienced colleagues working with autistic adults and their families and in a residential environment in Northern Moor.
You may be developing autism and person centred specific approaches, enabling individuals to live independently and to lead the life they choose.

Working hours Individuals receive constant support over a 7 day week flexible rota including sleep in-shifts.  Full time: 37 hours per week. Various part time hours are also available.
