This advert is for one full-time Interim Regional Operations Manager (Scotland) based at our Supported Living site in East Ayrshire (required to travel to Glasgow on a regular basis).
The salary for this role is £43,481.40 - £45,859.84 dependent on experience

Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation, whether as tenants or owner occupiers, living alone, or with others.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Interim Regional Operations Manager for Scotland to work alongside our amazing team at Catrine Bank.
With the support and direction of the Head of Service, you will ensure the smooth running of operations across all Adult Services in the assigned region.
You will be overseeing and co-ordinating a range of projects within the region that align with the Adult Services Strategy ensuring that they are followed and functioning effectively and consistently across the area. For more detail on these projects, please see the job description below.
You will be expected to deputise for Head of Service when required.

Catrine Bank is one of our supported living services in East Ayrshire, Scotland. It includes three houses and two cottages. With the river Ayr running adjacent, Catrine village is a beautiful, remote and rural area with access to varied county walks and National Trust locations within easy access.
