Who we are looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our small in-house Payroll team.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll and benefits processing for a number of job groups as well as supporting other Payroll & Benefits Advisors during periods of leave. Activities include manual calculations, applying P6/SL/PL notifications, managing the Payroll and Benefits shared inboxes, supporting stakeholders with complex pay and benefit queries, processing of gross to net, statutory payments, RTI submissions, reconciliation and year end processing.

You will be competent in all of the above areas and proficient in the use of Payroll and HRIS software. SelectPay knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential. Intermediate – advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be essential for success in this role. You will also need experience of salary sacrifice arrangements and a good working knowledge of UK pay related legislation.

This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months.
