Senior Support Worker (22.2 Hours) Pinecroft

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our friendly team at our Bristol Based Service.

Pinecroft is our specialised residential home where we support 4 autistic adults to develop skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support to progress and move on.

Pinecroft is one of our South West based services where we support autistic adults in their own homes and communities to develop skills that promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in their local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a flexible approach who can play an active role in facilitating this. In turn, we are able to offer a fantastic training package which will assist in teaching you how to provide specialist support.

If you are passionate about providing an excellent standard of support and would like to specialise in making a difference, then please contact us.
