Data Operations Officer

We are looking for a Data Operations Officer in respect of all fundraising and charitable income and related transactions. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of accurate data entry and how it impacts on the quality of customer service we provide to our supporters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a fundraising department or for someone looking to develop the skills required for a career in data and database management.
You will:
- Process financial transactions from a variety of sources such as cash, bank statements, credit cards and BACS
- Regularly communicate across the Fundraising department and build relations across the team
- Work with the Fundraising and Supporter Care departments to facilitate the successful delivery of supporter journeys
- Maintain database records
- Provide information and support to enable the Gift Aid process
