Since 1962, the National Autistic Society has been campaigning to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people.

Within our Adult Services, we support people to understand their diagnosis and how this may impact on their life and the lives of those around them. Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation. 

We have developed our education offer into a diverse network of independent schools and programmes which are relied upon by hundreds of people across the UK. We provide a wide range of services to support autistic children and young people. We improve and enhance education, care and experiences to help autistic children and young people fulfil their potential.

Who we are looking for: 

We are looking to add to the team a IT Service Engineers to deliver 1st Line technical support to our stakeholders.

This role will requires a major focus on customer service to our users therefore very good interpersonal skills are critical.

You’ll have a good understanding of the Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Teams and Office product set as well as have skills in networking and end user hardware.

The role will involve primarily user support duties, however there will be a proportion of user and application set up across both software and hardware.

You’ll also need to demonstrate knowledge in a technical environment and develop skills further across the above range of technologies.
