Who we are looking for:
The Head of Therapy will lead and oversee the quality, governance, and strategic development of therapy and therapeutic services across our schools. This senior role involves ensuring excellence in therapy provision, fostering charity engagement, developing research and innovation partnerships with corporate and academic institutions, and expanding an external training offer in collaboration with colleagues.
You will provide senior leadership for therapy outcomes across all our schools. This role is jointly responsible for ensuring pupils in our schools receive high quality, sector leading education which incorporates a truly trans disciplinary approach. The role will involve developing bespoke quality evaluation frameworks and supporting school principals. The Head of Therapy will also lead on and drive internal cross-charity partnerships and contribute to the development of an external training offer. The post is responsible for ensuring that pupils provision meets the requirements of the schools’ core offer, as well as pupils individual EHCP needs.
The role will be expected to drive innovation and quality as well as significantly raise the profile of the work of our schools both within and outside the charity. We require a self-motivated, independent self-starter that is confident in engaging with all our stakeholders.
