Graduate Finance Assistant

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our busy Finance Team and provide assistance to the Senior Finance Business Partner and other members of the Decision Support Team. Working in our Accounting Department, you will learn and carry out a wide range of accounting/financial duties and will also have an opportunity to study towards a professional accounting qualification. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their next steps on the accountancy ladder.

With a degree, or equivalent, in a finance or scientific subject, you will demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of accurate numeric and financial information. The ability to use software packages/databases is essential, along with excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.

We currently offer the opportunity to work up to 3 days at home (depending on the role).  You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.

Salary: £28,259 per annum plus the opportunity to earn up to 5% Performance Related bonus
