Overview:

Hope Point is based at South Ward Road and support is available to members of the community looking for support with their mental health and wellbeing at their greatest point of need. You will work closely with Penumbra Peer staff and Managers and work in partnership with relevant stakeholders and be confident in raising awareness about the services we offer. The role will involve providing an empathic and safe space for people accessing service, often acting as the first point of contact with people as they arrive.
