Overview:
As a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Peer), you’ll make a difference to people’s lives every day. Working within a national team, you will provide remote support for people who Self-Harm and are self-referred through our online portal or online chat function. This role has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of self-harm. Through sharing learning from their own experience, peer workers will inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible. Within a relationship of mutuality and information sharing, Practitioners will promote self-management and opportunities for improved health and wellbeing.
