The Role

Hedleys Horizons are looking to appoint an Assistant Head of Service to support the Head of Service in the running of the Horizons. The day service work with adults aged 19 plus through their adult lives who have physical and learning disabilities. The service aim to promote independence and choice making through a range of meaningful activities including music, media, art, community access, health and wellbeing and various social enterprises. Adults can also opt to take part in volunteering opportunities in their local communities.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering services that inspire and support people to fulfil their ambitions. Who will work as an integral part of the senior leadership team in their strive for excellence throughout our service.
