In order to provide you with employment opportunities, we need to process certain information about you such as your contact details, qualifications, education, employment history as well as any relevant criminal convictions. We only ask for details that we genuinely need to establish and manage the recruitment process and potential employment relationship in accordance with our legitimate business interests. It will also be necessary for the performance of any contract we enter with you as well as to meet some of our legal obligations.
If successfully shortlisted, we keep this data until the vacancy is filled, i.e. when a candidate accepts our job offer for the position to which you applied. When the position has been filled we will either delete your data within 6 months unless you have requested that we retain it for longer for future opportunities.
Privacy laws do not generally require us to obtain your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information for the purpose of establishing or managing the employment relationship. Where appropriate and in accordance with legislative requirements we may also use your personal data for things like marketing our vacancies and services to you. Except as detailed below we do not share your data with any external third parties.
We may share your personal information with our employees, clients, advisers or consultants and other parties who require such information to assist us with establishing and managing our relationship with you. The Company may also from time to time need to make some of the information available to legal and regulatory authorities, to accountants, auditors, lawyers, other outside professional advisers and business contacts and to other parties which provide products or services to the Company (such as IT systems suppliers), should the need arise.
