Live Testing – User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
Purpose
To support the testing of the live system before go-live, ensuring workflows, data, and user experiences function correctly and meet requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Execute live testing scripts for UAT across different user roles (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Candidate).

Validate workflows including vacancy creation, approvals, candidate applications, sifting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Record results of each test step, highlighting successes, defects, and discrepancies.

Report issues clearly with screenshots, notes, and replication steps.

Liaise with system admins and project leads to escalate and resolve defects.

Re-test fixes to confirm issues are resolved.

Ensure test data (users, candidates, applications) is accurate, secure, and managed properly.

Provide feedback on usability, clarity, and potential risks before go-live.
Skills & Experience

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow structured test scripts and also identify gaps.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
-
Familiarity with recruitment workflows and HR systems is desirable.

Comfortable working with Excel/trackers to log and monitor defects.

Summary report of live testing outcomes and recommendations.
