Overview:

Hours: 37 hours per week worked flexibly including evening on-call on a rota basis.

The Registered Manager/Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of services with a range of duties, tasks and responsibilities including:

  • Assisting and contributing to the continued development of the service, including the process of managing and delivering Organisational change.

  • Ensuring that all financial and other resources, including individually funded packages of support for which the Co-ordinator is responsible, are used efficiently and controlled and monitored in accordance with the financial policies and procedures of the service.

  • Undertake quality audits ensuring all KLOE are being met to the highest standard as expected by PossAbilities and CQC.

  • Ensure that the service responds appropriately to inspection reports produced by CQC and the local authority.

  • Monitor compliance with regards to the fundamental standards across regulated activity

  • Ensure delivery of safe and effective services which meet PossAbilities objectives, contractual and legal requirements

  • To liaise and work effectively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure all appropriate services are engaged to meet the needs of individuals and their families.

  • Provide supervision and development reviews to the Team Leader and House

    Managers.
