Support Worker

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for Waking Nights Support Worker. Join us to build and grow a new OFSTED registered children’s service in Weymouth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting one child.
  • You will encourage and guide the young person you support to settle overnight and ensure they feel safe and secure.
  • You will be cooking, cleaning and supporting with everyday tasks.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Waking nights. Shift times 9pm to 8am or we can also consider 9pm to 7am. Weekend working required.

Who you are:

  • Experience of working in children’s residential home is preferred.
  • You are enthusiastic, compassionate and love working with children.
  • You are motivated, flexible and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
