Female Support Worker
We are looking for Female Support worker to join our service in Wrexham.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support primarily have learning and physical disability needs.
- You'll be supporting individuals to promote their independence and to gain confidence within the community and own home.
- Personal care required with some individuals.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- This role is within a supported living service.
