Senior Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Senior Support worker at our service in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers.
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being and independent living.
- Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
- Whilst behaviours can sometimes be challenging, for a select few this is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. .
- Be part of an on-call system once a week after probation
Who you are:
- QCF level 3 or equivalent in Health & social care, or willingness/ability to work towards
- You will be trustworthy, and reliable with the ability to communicate effectively.
