Team Support Coordinator
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support Co-ordinator to join us at our Coed Poeth office in Wrexham.
Please note this is temporary to cover a period of maternity leave for 9 months

What you’ll be doing:
- You will have responsibility for supporting the Registered Manager of the service with the overall running of the office
- Specific duties in regard to payroll, recruitment, and training.
- The induction of staff with the opportunity for further development and progression within the organisation.
- In addition, you will support the Team Leaders with the day-to-day management of Support Workers
- Carrying out supervisions, competency reviews, team meetings and ensuring that training needs are understood and maintained, alongside practice observations
- Be able to travel between services in Wrexham, Denbigh, and Colwyn Bay areas
Who you are:
- Have or happy to work towards NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care
- Have suitable experience within a social care setting.
- You will be confident in managing data in detail and be both reliable and flexible in order to meet the needs of the people we support.
- As a Team Support Coordinator, you will also be part of an on-call system.
- Shifts can be day, evening, and the occasional sleepover support if required.
- Driving is essential
