Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

7-9 Park Road South is a specialist residential service, with excellent facilities located within Birkenhead. Here we support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs with varied levels of independence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working within a team to promote the independence of the people who live with us.
- Providing personal care.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Taking part in the chosen activities of the people who live with us, these activities will take place both within the service and out in the community.
Who you are:
- We want individuals with a passion to support others and who want to make a positive difference in their everyday lives of others
- You can work independently, multitask, and are organised.
- You can maintain a positive attitude and are calm under pressure.
- You are a quick learner, hands-on and willing to be flexible with tasks and activities.
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- You have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts that will include, early, late, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
