  • £11.69 per hour.
  • Full-time - 40 hours per week. Shift times are 8am to 8pm. Weekend working required. Full flexibility is needed to support the service requirements.

Middleton Lodge provides specialist residential support for up to 10 individuals in a spacious detached bungalow in Middleton St George, Darlington.

We support adults with a range of needs including learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and autism.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • You will work as part of a team, ensuring a safe and caring supportive environment is maintained, which meets the individual and group needs of the people that live with us.
  • Supporting with personal choice activities both within the service and out in the community. 
  • Supporting with personal activity planners.
  • 1:1 support, this could involve lone working. 
  • The role will involve assisting with personal care, cleaning and domestic support, preparing meals, diet and fluids support, medication support, updating our internal systems, reviewing care plans, risk assessments and monthly reports.
