Support Worker
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our residential service based in Wallasey.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities on a 1-1 basis.
- Encouraging the people, we support to take part in activities or hobbies they enjoy.
- Ensuring they maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- Promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life.
