Female Waking Night Support Worker
We are looking for a Female Waking Night Support worker to join our Service in Llandudno.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support have learning disabilities, it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference. This isn’t just any role, this is a role greatly impacting the lives of the people we support, can you commit?
- You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- This is within a busy vibrant residential service.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities
- Must be flexible as shifts can include weekends
- Females only due to service requirements
