Support Worker

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic support workers to join our team in Bellanaleck BT92.

Good bus routes from Enniskillen & Cavan. This is a beautiful property in a small village, 3 miles south of Enniskillen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting two young adults on a 1:1 basis with their own home.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
  • Personal care support is required.
  • Shift patterns include days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. 

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
