Systems and Management Information Lead

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the organisation to achieve KPIs by developing meaningful metrics.
  • Strengthen the growth agenda by producing data analytics, identify trends and highlight anomalies.
  • Monitor and produce accurate MI, demonstrating business impact and enabling informed business decisions.
  • Support and develop other MI through the likes of Dashboards, Power BI and the integration/automating of other Business Systems and Reporting.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our management systems, providing exceptional support to system users throughout Potens.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimise system functionality.
  • Ensure the security, and compliance of our systems, addressing shortfalls so business objectives are consistently achieved.

Who you are:

  • Analytical and creative thinking style, with a positive and solution focused approach.
  • Ability to interprets and report providing efficient system insights.
  • Proven system experience: Access, Care Cloud to name a few.
  • Strong IT skills with experience in PowerBI and Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent at solving problems and applying sound judgement in decision making.
  • Self-motivated with high stress resilience, self-confidence, and determination to succeed.
  • An understanding of the health and social care industry.
  • "This is a remote position" and you must be able to commute to our head office in Birkenhead when required
