Support Worker

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support worker at our service in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Personal care will be required.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Working within a residential setting with 4 adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
  • be part of an on call system once a week after probation
