Recruitment and Compliance Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead our recruitment strategy and ensure robust compliance across Right to Work and sponsorship processes, helping us build and retain the workforce we need to deliver outstanding services.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with the senior management team and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment and compliance strategies aligned with organisational growth.
- Lead national recruitment campaigns to support service delivery goals.
- Use data and insight to anticipate hiring demand and build scalable sourcing plans.
- Partner with business leaders on succession planning and building critical talent pipelines.
- Oversee Agency activity and spend, including management of neutral vendor relationships
- Define, track, and report on service-level agreements and vendor KPIs
- Ensure full compliance with Right to Work legislation and Home Office guidance.
- Act as the organisational lead for UKVI sponsor licence management.
- Oversee sponsorship activity, including Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) assignment and visa tracking.
- Liaise with external immigration advisors and keep internal processes aligned to current requirements.
- Design and run internal audit processes to monitor compliance across all business units.
- Deliver training and regular updates on legal and policy requirements.
- Own and continuously improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and digital screening platforms.
- Lead system upgrades and improvements, including any future platform transitions.
- Ensure data accuracy, strong reporting and a smooth, inclusive candidate experience.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Direct recruitment experience within health and social care, with a strong track record of delivering against targets.
- Proven experience using social media, direct sourcing and industry networks to attract candidates.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- A consistent approach to following and promoting company policy and practice.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft applications).
- Leadership skills, including planning, organising and motivating colleagues.
- Clear, adaptable communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence in dealing with conflict and resolving issues between people.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Full driving licence.
