What you’ll be doing:

• Subject matter expert in all aspects of internal and external communications & engagement.
• Work with management to create and plan engagement strategies and campaigns to enhance brand image and voice.
• Create effective internal communications to facilitate an engaged workforce wherein team members are continuously informed and have a platform to voice their opinions and be heard.
• Work closely with stakeholders to build & maintain our Website and SharePoint landing page, ensuring we are consistently promoted to the highest standards.
• Promote the incredible work we do, assisting our business development team with our ambitious growth strategy.
• Create inspiring content/collateral, using a variety of design packages; Canva & Adobe InDesign.
• Consistently promote internal and external stakeholder engagement, monitoring outcomes to ensure campaigns are successful.

Who you are:

• Excellent range of communication and engagement skills with the knowledge/confidence in applying these to an Education and Social Care organisation.
• Experience of using a range of digital communication dissemination skills and techniques.
• Confident user of a wide range of social media channels, insights, and google analytics.
• Ability to maintain and create great relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise a large, diverse, and complex workload.
• Practical experience of working with websites and using content management systems.
• Experience of writing for different audiences and a variety of media with high standards of written communication, grammar, and spelling.
• Relevant degree or qualification.
