Support Worker

Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a 5-bedroom supported living service, supporting a range of people ages 18 to 35. The people we support have learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Promoting and supporting independent living skills.
  • Encouraging choice and involvement.
  • Facilitating access to community activities.
  • Supporting with a small amount of personal care.
  • Shifts will take place between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm and will include a mixture of days and evenings.
  • There is 1 sleep shift available each week.
  • Working every other weekend.

 Who you are:
