Support Worker

Here at Redwood House in Broadstone, Poole, we provide a 5-bedroom supported living service, supporting a range of people ages 18 to 35. The people we support have learning disabilities, ASD, and other health needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Promoting and supporting independent living skills.
- Encouraging choice and involvement.
- Facilitating access to community activities.
- Supporting with a small amount of personal care.
- Shifts will take place between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm and will include a mixture of days and evenings.
- There is 1 sleep shift available each week.
- Working every other weekend.

- Flexibility is needed to work across all shift patterns.
