Recovery Coordinator
We are looking for a recovery coordinator to join our Services in Conwy.

What you’ll be doing:
- The people we support are adults who present with Korsakoff's Syndrome (alcohol-related brain damage) and mental health needs.
- you will be supporting and encouraging the people we support to engage in activities that enables recovery and develops skills to live as independent as possible.
- Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- Support with Managing Finances and Budgeting for activities.
- Create weekly activity planners and facilitate activity sessions/recovery groups.
- Providing a monthly journal of outcomes and good news stories.
- Supporting the people, we support to identify recovery star goals and achieving outcomes.
- Shift patterns - to work Monday 9-4pm, Thursday 9-4pm and Friday 10-4pm
- This is within a residential environment & rehabilitation service for 39 individuals
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
