We are looking for Support worker to join our Service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support are adults who may have learning disabilities, behaviours that are challenging, and or mental health needs.
  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • shift rota can include times between 8.00am-10.00pm and Waking nights between 10.00am - 8.00am 
  • Females only due to service requirements
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
  • This is within a busy vibrant residential service.

 

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Flexible 
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
