Are you looking for an opportunity which gives you the chance to demonstrate leadership, innovation, and robust governance?

Why not consider our Area Manager Post? You will the Registered Manager for  our Supported Living and Domiciliary services currently operating in Derry-Londonderry / Enniskillen and provide Line Management to the Registered Manager of a small residential home in Derrygonnelly Co Fermanagh.

Potens Northern Ireland aims to provide innovative individualised support to people with a learning disability, autism, and other complex needs in a variety of settings, ranging from 24/7 support to short outcome focused support sessions.

  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Salary To be discussed and dependant on qualification and experience.
  • Full training and personal development plan will be provided / developed with you.

Due to the sector we are working within, the successful candidate must be able to register with RQIA and NISCC and have relevant experience at a management level for a minimum of two years. The successful candidate must have or be working towards QCF Level 5 Health & Social Care Qualification or equivalent and proven skill in developing and maintaining continuous quality improvements in all areas of the business.

If you can Identify, develop and maintain effective relationships with the individuals we support, local Health and Social Care Trusts and other stakeholders involved with the service and continue the growth and development of the business, achieving targets and delivery within budgets we want to hear from you today!
