What you’ll be doing:
- You will assist the Registered Manager, ensuring a comprehensive support solution for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
- Deputise for the Service Manager in their absence.
- always providing excellent service and quality provision to achieve outstanding care & support.
- Ensuring that all aspects of care and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs of the people we support.
- These duties will be performed in accordance with current models of care and within a legislative framework.
- You will encourage the people we support to achieve independence, provide personalised care, promote empowerment and inclusion.
- You will be competent to complete required administration tasks.
- You will participate and lead the team effectively; supervising, supporting, and developing staff to achieve maximum potential.
- You will have a flexible approach to your working hours to meet the needs of the business and the people we support.
- The position is within Queens Court (Oak Unit) a residential assessment & rehabilitation unit for 26 individuals aged 18 and over and have a Mental Health diagnosis.
