Quality and Practical Development Lead

This is a home-based role, working 40 hours per week, with national travel required.

What you’ll be doing
· Lead the design and delivery of practice development strategies across the organisation
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing specialist advice on quality and practice within health and social care
· Analyse data, audits and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
· Support operational teams and leaders to strengthen practice, capability and consistency
· Review, develop and maintain policies, procedures and practice guidance
· Champion best practice and share learning and innovation across Potens
· Produce clear, high-quality reports and insights to support strategic decision-making

· You are passionate about quality, practice excellence and making a real difference in health and social care
· You are values-led, analytical and confident influencing at all levels of an organisation
· You have strong experience in quality, practice development or service improvement
· You are confident using data and evidence to inform decisions and drive improvement
· You are collaborative, adaptable and motivated, with a strong sense of professional integrity
