How you'll make a difference:

As the Senior Portfolio & Pricing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, providing the analytical insights that fuel effective trading decisions, risk and reward assessments, and product offerings that our members love. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading customer analytics: Develop in-depth behavioural and profitability analytics that provide insights into customer patterns and portfolio performance.
  • Building customer behaviour curves: Use analytics to deepen our understanding of customer behaviours and their impact on profitability.
  • Support pricing strategy: Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape pricing proposals, ensuring financial and commercial metrics drive sound trading decisions.
  • Model development: Build and maintain robust and reliable financial models to optimise decision-making.
  • Streamlining processes: Establish forecasting assumption monitoring systems, reducing manual tasks and increasing efficiency through automation.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Data expertise: A strong ability to leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to understand our customers and portfolio performance.
  • Simplicity in complexity: A talent for transforming complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication skills: You’ll communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at every level.
  • Advanced data skills: Expertise in data warehouses, manipulating large data sets, and using coding languages (e.g., SQL, VBA, SAS,or similar) to create efficient data models.
  • Relevant qualifications: A strong background in a quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, and ideally a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA, ACT/CERTBALM/CFA).
  • Industry experience: Experience in financial services or finance analytics is a plus—but if you have the talent and passion, we’d love to hear from you!
