Estates Surveyor – Join Principality’s Dynamic Estates Team

Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor ready to make a real impact? Principality is seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimise our Estates portfolio, ensuring it remains safe, fit for purpose, and aligned with our organisational strategy. 

About the role:

In partnership with the Senior Estates Manager, you will take the lead on strategic asset management, overseeing a diverse multi-site portfolio with a focus on cost efficiency and business needs. Your expertise will guide Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Lettings, Disposals, and more. You'll also handle Rating Revaluations, Service Charge invoicing, dilapidations, landlord-tenant relations, legal liaison, statutory compliance, and health & safety awareness — all while driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Property Transformation projects to enhance our estate.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Oversee operational and non-operational estate management functions.
  • Maintain the Society’s Asset and Insurance register, including claims management.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Strong background in Property, Valuation and Estate Management.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of property law and frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-site portfolios, ideally within an office or financial sectors.
  • Experience delivering rationalisation projects is highly valued.
  • RICS accredited would be advantageous
