We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead who will be responsible for facilitating agile process and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based data services, the Agile Delivery Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive agile practices and continuous improvement.
As our Agile Delivery Lead you will be focusing on optimising team performance and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

The skills that we are looking for:
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Delivery Management: Proven track record of managing and delivering complex work items in a cloud-based environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Communication and Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment within the UK financial services sector.
