How you'll make a difference
As an Application Support Engineer you’ll be part of a team responsible for management and maintenance of the Society’s Application Estate and will be responsible for the Platform(s), including upgrades, performance tuning and maintenance tasks/administration as required.
The role demands excellent communication and organisation skills and you will work collaboratively with the application user communities and supporting IT teams. The role is hands on and will require you to manage and troubleshoot complex application problems and contribute to the design and roadmap of the platforms.
In addition, you will provide application support and expertise to our user communities and be the focal point for any support/operational issues that need escalation and will liaise with 3rd party support as required.
