As a new middleweight creative designer, you will work alongside our in-house creative team to contribute to our continued success.  You will have a high level of creativity and take ownership of projects you are asked to work on.  You will have a fresh, innovative thinking with a clear way of turning our Brand Strategy into meaningful output is key within this role.

Key role detail:

  • Adobe® Creative Cloud™ enthusiast, you will need a degree of proficiency in illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, but don’t worry if you’re not quite an expert yet. There’s still time for that and we might be able to help.
  • Demonstrates a high-level of creative thinking, passion about design, array of techniques and abilities with a variety of subject matters
  • Excellent understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
  • Experience of briefing and working with print designers, art workers and print materials
  • The ability to deliver on time and work to a schedule
  • Sharp eye for detail, you need to be on par with VAR

Desirable would be:

  • A degree in BA Graphic Communication or equivalent recognised qualification
  • Existing agency environment experience or for a recognised brand (3 years +)
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software such as Asana®, ClickUp™ or
  • Microsoft® planner/project
  • Familiar with online journey optimization software, especially Hotjar™, Content square and Google analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of online collaboration software such as Figma, Miro and Invision
