We are hiring a Product and Delivery Lead to join a newly developed team. As our Product and Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data products and services.

This role is a blend of strategic thinking, product management, and delivery expertise to ensure that data solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements. 

Key Priorities:

Delivery Oversight: Implement and oversee agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Product Management: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for data services. Develop clear product specifications and ensure they are communicated effectively.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between the data services team and other business unit. Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure that data products meet their needs.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in the regulatory landscape and adapt products and processes accordingly. 

Continuous Improvement: Implement metrics to measure the success and performance of data products. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance data quality, usability, and value

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
