We are hiring a Data Platform Engineer who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports various data products & services. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, data management, and financial regulations. 

As our Data Platform Engineer, you will be able to;

  • Develop and implement scalable and reliable data architectures on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
  • Design data models and data storage solutions to meet the needs of financial applications and services. 
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data. 

 

  • Implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between different systems and services.

 

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms. 

 

  • Manage cloud infrastructure and services, including computing, storage, and networking.

 

  • Automate deployment and scaling of cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

 

 

Technical Skills required:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). 
  • Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). 
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java). 
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend).
