The Savings Value Stream Product Owner (VSPO) will work with key stakeholders at Executive and Senior Leadership Team level across the Society to drive and deliver strategic change for our Savings business.
The VPSO will be accountable for providing value to our customers and members in the most efficient and effective way possible, translating our strategy into action, acting on member insight, being purposeful in how we best use our investment and change budgets, and putting the delivery of customer & business value at the heart of everything they do.
The VSPO will bring extensive digital experience, market insight, thought leadership, and commerciality to our Savings business, drawing on best practice across a variety of distribution channels and product design, and acting as an inspirational leader in shaping and implementing our savings digital & growth strategy.
Working closely with Strategy, Business Teams, Architecture and Change the VSPO will ensure that business requirements are translated into multi-year road maps aligned to organisational imperatives, functional plans, financial budgets, legal and regulatory requirements, and meeting our KPIs.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the VSPO will take an active role in the Customer Leadership Team working in close collaboration with colleagues across Distribution, Product, Customer Development, Marketing, Brand and Communications.
