Working closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders across the business, you will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and product performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and manage product, pricing and competitor datasets, ensuring information is accurate, timely and actionable.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical models to support product performance monitoring and strategic decision making.
  • Analyse market movements, competitor activity and portfolio performance, providing clear recommendations and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the pricing and management of lending products, ensuring propositions remain competitive whilst delivering business objectives.
  • Assist in the launch, amendment and withdrawal of products and product ranges.
  • Support the Product Managers in the production of Product Risk Assessments, Fair Value Assessments and Target Market Reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting capability and increase operational efficiency through the use of data and technology.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Lending, Finance, Risk, Commercial and Technology teams to deliver analytical insight and business improvements.
  • Maintain procedure manuals, governance documentation and version control processes.
  • Monitor regulatory and industry developments, assessing potential impacts on products, pricing and customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • Robust Excel skills, including:
    • Complex formulas and logical functions
    • Lookups, Pivot Tables and data modelling
    • Dashboard creation and automated reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience producing management information, reporting packs or business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience with programming or data analysis tools such as: Python, VBA, SQL, Power Query / Power Pivot, Power BI or equivalent visualisation tools.
  • Experience automating reporting and data processing activities.
  • Knowledge of pricing analytics, financial services, lending or mortgages.

We're looking for a naturally curious, data-driven individual who enjoys analysing detail, identifying trends and solving problems. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll be able to translate complex analysis into clear, evidence-based recommendations and influence business decisions. Organised and adaptable, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Product management experience is beneficial, but we also welcome candidates from analytical, data, pricing or commercial backgrounds looking to develop a career in Product Management.
