We’re looking for an exceptional Head of FP&A to join Principality Building Society at an exciting time of transformation. This is a pivotal senior leadership role within our CFO function, leading the Society’s financial planning, forecasting, performance insight and commercial decision-support capability.
You’ll play a key role in shaping sustainable financial delivery aligned to our corporate strategy, providing forward-looking insight to the Executive, Board and regulators. As a trusted member of the CFO leadership team, you’ll help build a data-led, commercially focused and high-performing finance function while supporting enterprise-wide transformation.
How you will make a difference:
As Head of FP&A, you’ll lead the development of our financial strategy, medium-term plan, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning processes. You’ll bring together financial, operational, workforce and strategic planning cycles to ensure the Society has the insight, governance and modelling capability needed to make confident, member-focused decisions.
You’ll provide high-quality management information and performance insight for Executive and Board decision-making, identifying risks, opportunities and actions that support sustainable performance. You’ll also partner across Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Risk and business functions to influence key decisions around investment cases, pricing, cost management, balance sheet planning, capital, liquidity and funding.
