We’re excited to offer a fantastic internal opportunity to join the Learning & Performance Team on a 5-month secondment as a Learning Consultant.
This role will play a key part in the Induction of new colleagues and shaping of learning initiatives across the society. You'll work closely with the L&P team and across the People Directorate to identify and support learning needs, as well as taking ownership of welcoming new colleagues into PBS. This is a hands-on, varied role offering a chance to get involved in everything from consultation and design through to delivery and evaluation.
