Senior Reservations Agent

We’re in search of a guest focused and professional Senior Reservations Agent to join our team, who are the first point of contact for all potential bookings at The Grove.

Reservations is a well-established department of 5 knowledgeable, efficient and friendly agents who work tirelessly to ensure that when a customer gets in touch, either via phone or by email, they’re given top class assistance to find exactly the right option for them. The team are committed to ensuring that all our guests have a great stay, whilst also striving to meet our business goals.

Whether you’re supporting an individual or a large group booking, if you join our team, you’ll liaise with other internal colleagues from meeting & events, accounts and our restaurants to ensure a seamless and smooth customer journey for our guests.

To be right for this role, experience in a similar role is essential as you will eventually be advising the more junior members of the team. You’ll have dealt with the administration of bookings and will be used to working with third party partners, who share our fantastic hotel on their websites.

We’re looking for a positive, flexible attitude, great guest interaction, good telephone manner as this is a predominately telephone based role and written/verbal communication, in English, and the desire to play your part in a fantastic team.
