As a Guest Services Administrator at the Athenaeum Hotel and Residences, you will join a 'friendly five star' hotel in the heart of Mayfair, where our fantastic staff receive as much respect and support as our discerning guests.
Your role is to provide exceptional service by covering the Switchboard and ensuring every call is answered within 3 rings. You will be also supporting Front of House team with specific billing tasks.
Essential Skills: ability to work under pressure and on own initiative; previous experience in a hotel environment. Flexible and a team player. A good grasp of the English language and ability to communicate effectively. Desirable Skills: previous experience in Switchboard.
