Reception Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to join our ultra-professional front of house team. You’ll lead a team of dedicated and experienced receptionists and ensure that our 5* guest experience is always upheld.

As one of the first people our guests meet, it is of paramount importance that they are wowed by a smooth check in, useful information and a knowledgeable team greeting them. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential for this role.

You’ll need to possess a range of core skills, including;

  • Previous leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
  • An infectious charisma and a people friendly nature.
  • Experience of working with hotel booking systems.
  • Top notch customer service skills and excellent communication.
  • A strong command of the English language.
  • A great team ethic – a willingness to immerse yourself into a thriving group of likeminded individuals to create shared successes.
  • A hunger to personally and professionally develop.
  • Excellent organisational skills, constantly reliable.

Please be aware that this is a permanent, full-time role. It involves shift work on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am - 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) and a night shift (11pm - 7:30am) on a rotation basis.
