As one of the very first people that our guests see or speak with, our guest service managers are the very face of our hotel. Courteous, helpful and friendly would all be words that would describe the type of experience that we wish to creative for our valued customers.

You’ll need to feel comfortable engaging with people, either in person or on the phone, and be keen to support them with any queries or requests that they may have.
