As a Demi Chef de Partie in our Kitchen department you will be responsible for:
To be aware of items and ingredients on the section and have an understanding of where and how they are ordered.
To maintain and monitor stock rotation, labelling and storage in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so that food safety and quality is maintained. reporting any issues as they occur.
To train and monitor junior staff to maintain standards and consistency in food preparation and delivery as directed.
The Demi Chef de Partie will work with a dedicated and passionate Kitchen team and will report directly to the Chef de Partie. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
